Is there really no credit card required?+
Correct. Founding Forwarder spots are completely free for 6 months. No payment details collected. No trial cutoff. No automatic conversion. After 6 months we have a direct conversation — you decide.
What happens after 6 months?+
We reach out in Month 5 to discuss pricing based on how you have used the platform. Founding Forwarders who provide feedback receive discounted pricing locked for 12 months. No automatic billing. No surprises.
What is the Founding Forwarder discount?+
We have not published the exact rate yet — it will be set based on feedback from the first cohort. What we commit to: a meaningful discount off the public prices above, locked for at least 12 months.
What is the difference between USD and INR pricing?+
USD pricing applies to companies in UAE, UK, Australia, Singapore, and USA. INR pricing applies to India-registered companies. Both access the same platform and features.
Do I need technical skills to set up FlowDeck?+
No. We do the setup with you in a 45-minute onboarding call. Country profile, tax regime, bank accounts, and charge heads all configured together. Operational the same day.
What accounting software does FlowDeck export to?+
QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and TallyPrime (India) in XML and CSV formats. Your accountant can also be given a CA read-only login to access compliance exports directly.
Is my data isolated from other customers?+
Yes. Each customer has their own separate database. Your data is never shared with any other company. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time once on a paid plan. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Founding Forwarder pricing is protected regardless of plan.
